Today's better

Hi, everyone, thanks for all your good wishes on yesterday's post. My migraine is mostly gone. leaving me with a "tender head", and now I have what I call a "headache hangover". After a particularly bad headache or migraine, I usually don't feel very well for a couple of days. But this weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada, and Dannan and I are going over to my parents' house for dinner. And I wanted to wish everyone a Happy (Canadian!) Thanksgiving!

I don't know why all of a sudden I've had so many migraines again lately. I used to get them all the time, but after a lot of research and consultation with a great neurologist, I thought I'd beat them. I'd had only the occasional migraine in the past two or three years; in the last six months, I've had six or seven. Anyway, I did want to pop online and thank everybody for their comments; it makes everything better to see that people care!

I'd like to post tomorrow about what Dannan and I are thankful for, and we also have been tagged to do the 7x7 meme! So hopefully all that will happen, and maybe even more!

For now, I'll leave you with pictures of what our evenings usually are like. These photos aren't new, but this is how Dannan and I spend our evenings in front of the tv. I watch shows he doesn't care at all about, while rubbing his belly (which he cares a LOT about!).

That's funny, I use a similar tactic to get my wife to sit and watch movies like "The Machinist" or whatever ...

You look downright smoochable on the couch. Hope mom is feeling better. Migranes are very bad.

Slobbers,

P.S. Momma says your mom should read Duma Key by Stephen King. In that book a guy loses his arm and gains weird powers. Might make her view you in a whole new way.

Glad your girl is feeling better. I know when my mom gets bad headaches she's no fun at all. Those pictures are very cute. It looks like that was one serious belly scratch!
