Sasha

Sad wroooos today. We just read over at River's place that his packmate Sasha has gone to the Bridge. She had an inoperable tumor, and it was finally just too much for her little body. Her Mom was away, but Sasha held on to give her time to get back and spend a few days together. We are very sad for River's Mom, and River and the rest of the pack.

Be at peace, Sasha, and run free.

It's sad. We left our condolences yesterday when we heard. She has a big family up at the bridge to greet her. That's the good part...

It's always sad to hear about a beloved pet dying. You know, it's weird, but this year it seems like so many pets have gone to the Rainbow Bridge. (My heart dog included--she died this spring.) :(

Dannan,
Thank you for mentioning Sasha on your blog. We are still in a lot of pain but must go on. I am sticking close to my mom.

Oh Dannan, we are so sad for Sasha's family... but so happy that she is pain free now. We are never ready to let them go, though.

Hope you had a nice weekend!
